Service and credit terms

Your account and family
Use accurate information and an email address you control. Parents and players can start a profile. Each family member uses their own account and joins a shared profile by accepting a matching invitation. A parent or guardian adds and spends credits for a player under 18. Keep passwords and invitation links private.
Recruiting introductions
An introduction is a conversation about potentially joining a college program. It is not a scholarship, admission offer, eligibility decision or ID camp invitation. Paying for an introduction does not guarantee selection, an offer or a particular result.
A request normally expires after five days unless an extension is agreed. Review the exact deadline and the college information shown in your account. A call is booked only when both parties agree on a time. If no time matches, use the introduction to agree an alternative.
Universal service credits
One credit provides $1 USD of OCS service value. Optional packs may include additional credits at a lower purchase price. Purchased credits belong to the shared family wallet and can be used for available OCS services. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another family.
Credit purchases are nonrefundable except where required by law. Review the amount charged, credits received and service price before confirming. Buying credits and using them for a service are separate confirmations. Prices and availability are shown before purchase; a pack does not reserve a service or guarantee coach interest.
Complimentary credits
OCS may grant complimentary credits for partnership offerings, existing clients or other support. These credits cover only coach introductions and agent meetings, including the four-session package. They cannot fund highlights, showcase events or other services. Eligible complimentary credits are used before purchased credits. You can combine both types for an eligible service. Approved credit returns preserve the original credit types and restrictions.
Missed coach calls
If a call did not go ahead, submit a missed-call report in your account and explain what happened. OCS reviews the report, scheduling changes and communications. A credit return requires OCS approval; it is not automatic.
The review considers at least five days from the later of the scheduled call or the report, a successfully sent coach follow-up, and whether the coach has responded. OCS can assess cancellations, disputed attendance and missed replacement calls. An approved claim restores the credits originally used to the family wallet.
Highlights and agent support
Highlight delivery is due within seven calendar days after OCS receives the completed highlight sheet and usable game links and timestamps. The client supplies the footage links and timestamps. Two revision requests are included within seven days of delivery.
Agent meetings last 45 minutes. A four-session package includes four meetings. Your agent assigns tasks between meetings; completing those tasks opens the next meeting request. Times require agreement before a calendar invitation is issued.
Academic estimates and college offers
GPA estimates, including predicted GPA, are planning aids. They are not official NCAA, NAIA, school or admissions evaluations. Source rules and individual circumstances can change the result. OCS review is separate from formal eligibility certification.
Coach offer breakdowns help families understand costs, scholarships and deadlines. Review the college’s official documents and conditions with the coach and your agent. An acceptance in OCS Connect records your response; the college and OCS agent coordinate the next steps.
Questions and corrections
Contact OCS promptly if a payment, balance, profile, invitation or appointment appears incorrect. Include the reference shown in your account. OCS records corrections as auditable adjustments rather than overwriting payment history. These terms do not remove rights that apply under applicable law.
